Rates and Registration
Registration provides access to all conference sessions, including those in the IGIP Special Session.
Please note that the student rate is only for full-time students (proof of status required) and does not include the conference dinner.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations through January 31, 2025, a refund of 75% of the fee will be issued (except for speakers who registered at the Super Early Bird rate, who will receive a 100% refund for cancellation by January 31, 2025).
For cancellations between February 1 and March 31, 2025, a refund of 50% of the fee will be issued.
For cancellations between April 1 and May 4, 2025, a refund of 25% of the fee will be issued.
For cancellations after May 4, 2025, no refund will be issued.
If you register as an in-person attendee and later need to change to online, or vice versa, please reach out to us.
Registrations may be transferred to someone else; if you need to do this, please contact us at info@learningideasconf.org for details.
